uniFLOW Setup | Install | Web Portal
uniFLOW is a smart software platform that holds your print jobs securely and lets you release them at any campus networked printer using a PIN code, which helps prevent paper waste and keeps your private documents private.

An install was pushed to all staff computers for uniFlow. It is an Icon that looks like this that will be in the top right of your staff MacBook's menu bar.

- A prompt will display to connect to uniFlow once it has been installed.
- If you do not see that prompt click on the icon listed before and select 'Connect'.

- On the window select “Continue with Google”

- You will then be taken to your browser to connect with your Google account. Select your account and you will see a screen similar to the one you just saw that says “All done!”

- You will receive a followup email from uniFLOW with your unique PIN.
Once connected you will print like normal and select “Secure Printer” as your printer of choice.

If you do not see that icon installed you can visit: https://distinctive.us.uniflowonline.com/ to download or to use the web portal.
Similarly you will log in with the Google option and you will be taken to the web interface
Here you will land on your dashboard that has your print queue, tasks, and your pin information.
