Google Workspace or Workspace for Education

I know that it indicates that we should have access to Google Workspace however I am unable to access any version of Google Workspace and whenever I click on a link that should send me there I get an error screen saying the page doesn't exist. 

I'm curious if there is something I hadn't done on my end or if this is a system wide issue?

Also, I was curious if we had access to Google workspace for Education? I know it's a matter of 1-3 additional apps/features although I'm still curious nonetheless.
