TECH SUPPORT
Our schools have dedicated tech staff that are available during regular school hours to provide prompt and friendly service when families have issues with technology provided by the schools that they cannot themselves resolve.
Our primary mode of support with the fastest turnaround time is provided through this online help desk (click "submit a request" in the upper-right corner to get started!).
If a family cannot arrange access to the online help desk for specific issues, you may call the school, one of the tech support numbers below or work through the student’s teacher to provide additional support.

Improve Response Time on Tickets
To help our campus-based support staff we also have additional techs that support from remote but in either case they need accurate and full details in the request so they can find the quickest solution. Please review helpful information to include below.

Helpful Information to Include in a Support Request
- For Problems or Incidents
- Please consider attaching screenshots (Chromebook instructions - iPad Instructions) in the request
- Include any error messages being displayed
- Include any initial troubleshooting steps taken
- For Hardware Related Tickets
- Include your device serial number, asset tag #, and/or device name
- Name of student if it is a student device
- If reporting damage, include additional details around how it occurred and any other details (e.g. spilled water)
