If your sent print jobs are not printing, clearing your Mac's printer queue may help resolve your issue (particularly if other staff members seem to be able to print just fine to the same printer).
1) Go to the upper left Apple Menu > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners
2) In the "Printers & Scanners" window, double-click the printer you are having the issue with (In this example, "DS Network Office" printer has been chosen). Then in the next window (that has the printer name), X out of all jobs that are in the queue (little grey circle X icons)
After X'ing out all jobs, the Pause button in the upper left should change to a Resume button. Go ahead and press Resume.
3) Now try printing again and hopefully it is a success! You can try this for any printer you are having similar difficulties with. If you continue to have issues, please fill out a tech ticket.
