Questions on Benefits, Payroll or General Human Resource needs? A support ticket can now be placed similar to what is used for Technology or Facility assistance.

Find the specific form you need. In this case, you will look for two options:
- General HR Assistance
- Payroll Questions

After choosing the appropriate topic, populate all fields and hit submit. The fields include:
- Name
- Contact information (email, phone number)
- Location (where you work)
- Type of request (specifics on your question)
- Subject (this can be brief one or two words - similar to the type of request)
- Description (provide an overview or detail your specific needs associated to the topic you selected)
- You will receive an automated response, confirming your ticket has been successfully submitted to the Talent team

Within 48 hours a member of the Talent team will respond to this request. Typically all communication will funnel through email.
- If this is urgent matter which needs to be addressed immediate, you can contact ADP OR a member of the Talent team for assistance
- On occasion, the Talent team may call you directly if needed
Note - if you lose the email thread or are curious to know the status of any of your support requests (Facilities, IT or HR related), you can view them by selecting the carrot under your name > select “my activities”. You must be logged into your DS account to see these options.

Q: Is this the same process used for technical support and facility requests?
A: Yes it is. We are working to centralize any general help needs.
Q: What should one do if Zendesk is experiencing technical issues/errors?
A: If Zendesk is experiencing technical issues or tickets aren’t working properly you can contact Network IT team OR email a member of the Talent Team
Q: As a manager/supervisor, what if I need to report changes regarding my team? Do I submit a ticket to HR?
A: Employee departures or leave of absence should continue to be sent to hr@distinctiveschools.org
