All of our staff members with a licensed Zoom account have the ability to use Zoom reports to track attendance of sessions which they host.
To view the list of accounts that joined a past meeting, please follow these steps.
- Login to our Zoom portal at https://distinctiveschools-org.zoom.us/
- Select Reports from the left side navigation and then select Usage
- Next, select date range of the meeting, click search, then click on the hyperlinked number for the desired meeting to view participants. (you may need to scroll or swipe to view the participants column)
- Last, check the "show unique users" box, and if desired, you can click export to download a spreadsheet.
